Hello and welcome! I’m Andriana Yatsyshyn, a journalist, photographer, and visual storyteller based in Los Angeles. I’m currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism at the University of Southern California, where I serve as Media Editor for the Arts, Culture, and Entertainment Desk at Annenberg Media.
Originally from New York City, I attended the Professional Performing Arts School, where I discovered my love for storytelling and the arts. My short film Happy Birthday, Margot earned the 2023 National YoungArts Award in Film and won Best Drama Short at the Astoria Film Festival.
I've taken my love for the arts with me to USC and I now lead a team of more than 50 creatives covering Los Angeles’ arts and culture scene, while producing multimedia stories that amplify underrepresented voices.
You’ll always find me with my Sony a7 IV, photographing concerts, art events, and city life — chasing stories through an intimate, visual lens.
I’m passionate about using media to tell stories that build understanding, representation, and social impact. But most importantly, I am always reminding myself to stay creative.
